Mensch & Natur Grundlegende menschliche Feinheiten verlieren sich in unserer heutigen hektischen Welt.Beeinflusst durch Geschehnisse in meist virtuellen Räumen berauben wir uns der unmittelbaren Erfahrung im Hier und Jetzt. Ein direkter Zugang bedeutet sich unserer Umgebung und Umwelt zu öffnen - sich sowohl an Zwischenmenschlichkeit als auch an der Natur zu erfreuen. Alan Bayer und Dominic Berchtold zeigen Menschen und Orte. Während die „Faces“ junge Leute auf einfache Art und im Moment darstellen, versuchen die „Places“ ein Gefühl der bewussten Erfahrung unserer Natur zu vermitteln.

Everything in life just happens once and with my photography I want to capture those special moments that they will be remembered and can be looked back at again. It doesn’t matter if it’s nature, sports or a portrait, for me it is really important to show the things as they are, honest and real, and not to stage anything.

Photography gives me the opportunity to connect with people and experience different surroundings. It allows me to express myself and as well as the perspective of others and the world around me.In portraiture, I think it is important to have a honest and humble approach towards the person you are trying to capture and show what they are about.
